Terms and Conditions for our Courses

Registration

Our seminars are open to everybody. Please register either by sending us an email at info@associationdeva.com or by filling in the form in the “Contact Us” section. After your registration you will receive a confirmation and further information about the course you signed up for. Please pay the course fee by bank transfer to the following account:

Since Association DEVA is set up as a not-for-profit organisation, we must reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course up to 21 days before the beginning of each course in the unlikely event the number of participants falls below the minimum, or due to other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, such as illness. In such a case we will inform the registered participants at the latest 21 days before the start of the course and will reimburse the paid fees in full. We will be unable to refund transport and accommodation costs - however many hotels in the region are bookable with a free cancellation option through the websites we have listed in the course sections.

Please note that once you have received the course confirmation from us, your registration is binding.

Accommodation:

The area around Cluny is popular on weekends and during the summer, so we strongly recommend that you reserve your accommodation as soon as you have decided to participate in a course using a reservation website such as tripadvisor or booking.com and searching in the vicinity of St Leger sous la Bussière, France. For more information about accommodation please also refer to the specific course section.

Cancelation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel after you have paid for the course and within 2 months before the start of the course we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee of EUR 50. If however you find another participant to replace you, this fee will be waived. You also have the option to use the cancelation fee towards a future seminar within the following 24 months. Unfortunately should you wish to cancel within one month before the start of the seminar the whole seminar fee risks being forfeited should we be unable to fill your place (except in the event of the cancellation of the course).
